Scan and pick a song
A guest scans the code on the wall, gives tonight’s passphrase if the room asks for one, searches the library and requests a song in the key they want to sing it in.
Your guests pick songs from their phones, you run the night from one screen, and the wall lights every word as it is sung — in the key the singer asked for.
Three moments, one flow — nobody hands a slip of paper to the bar again.
A guest scans the code on the wall, gives tonight’s passphrase if the room asks for one, searches the library and requests a song in the key they want to sing it in.
Requests land in the queue. Reorder by dragging, call the next singer to the wall with Prepare, and press Start once they have the microphone.
The show window plays the song and lights every word as it comes, a touch early so the singer reads ahead. The room follows on their phones and rates the performance.
Every picture below is the real software, not a drawing.
Live requests with the singer’s name, their song and their key. Prepare puts the next singer on the wall while the current one is still singing, so you can call them up before the music starts.
Guests scan the code and get the room’s own page: the library with covers, keys and running times, their place in the line, and the words of whatever is playing right now.
Upload a recording and processing separates the instrumental from the vocal on a GPU, then places every word against the singer’s own voice. What is left is yours: drag a word on the waveform, play one line back on its own, lock it when it sits right.
The show window is a browser window on your projector. Under Presentation you set how the words are marked, the three colours they move through, how early the colour arrives, your logo, and the picture the room sees between songs.
Export a song from your own library as a 1080p karaoke video with the same synced words, in any key, with or without your logo — and a QR code pointing wherever you choose.
Scan, request and follow the queue in the phone’s browser — in their own language.
Transpose the song up or down when requesting it, so it sits where their voice does.
The room rates every performance from their phones, and the night’s ranking does the rest.
Queue, stage controls, the passphrase and the show window on a single page.
Fade the original vocal in under the track, just enough to carry them through.
Prepare puts their name, song and key on the wall before the music starts.
Logo, background, the picture between songs, the colours of the words and where the QR code sits.
Venue admins and hosts each see what their job needs, and nothing further.
Upload the recordings you hold the rights to. Processing separates and times them, and they are ready to sing.
The console runs in fourteen languages, right-to-left scripts laid out the way they are read. Lyrics in any script, with a line in Latin letters underneath for guests who need it.
Every plan includes the show window, the console and guest requests. What changes is how much the room may run and whether you export videos.

No. Guests scan the QR code in the room and use KaraokeMate in their phone’s browser. They can search the library, request a song in the key they want, see who is coming up, follow the words and rate each performance.
A computer for the console, a second screen or projector for the show window, and your sound system. Everything runs in the browser — the show window opens from the console and stays on the screen you put it on.
Yes. Any request can be transposed up or down, and the transposed track is prepared in advance, so the song starts in the right key the moment you press Start.
When a song is uploaded, processing separates the vocal from the instrumental and places each word against the singer’s voice. You can then move any word to a hundredth of a second in the lyric editor, or keep line-by-line timing from an .lrc file.
Yes. Lyrics can be in any script, right-to-left included, with an optional line in Latin letters underneath so every guest can sing along. The console itself comes in fourteen languages.
From you. You upload the recordings you hold the rights to, and KaraokeMate turns them into karaoke: an instrumental, a guide vocal you can fade in, and words timed to the voice.
